i so so so stupid...i misunderstood what my supervisor said for 3rounds of experiment....i thought 3 rounds means do 2 replicates, means 3plates for every different concentration and thickness....
i still stupid, email my supervisor asked him about my progression, after read his reply, i only realized i'm the most stupid person.....to misunderstand that!!!!!!
he said i should finish my 1st round of experiment by now.....
1round= 240plates
not 3 rounds = 240plates
how stupid i am....still stupid go and ask him said the plantlet should be not enough....hahahaha get scolded already lo...dai sei!!!!
still dare to email him, tell him about the

Finally,
24 plates in 3hours!!!!!!
sit infront of laminar, cut explants cut till my hand pain..
and my hands were shaking...hehe cause i was hungry during that time...kakakaka
i still haVe 200 plates to Go!!!!!!
wish all my dragon fruit babies grow healthily!!!

after spent 8hours in the lab...finally i'm home....it's going to kill me....lei si ren la..........................
why my frens all no need to go uni? why my frens most of them still goyang kaki at home?? why some of them can go out wet de????
why??!!!!
我就要心里不平衡的啦！！！！
i want to sing k!!!!! i want to watch resident evil!!!! i want to go shopping!!!!!
i want to spend my whole day goyang kaki at house watch my tong sam fung bou!!!!!!!
i want to go halo cafe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i want to go yum cha watch EPL!!!!!!!!!! i want to eat thai food!!!! i want to eat steamboat!!!! i want to eat ms.reads de kek!!!!!!!!

kuek de final year project....
today is my first lab to do my final year project- callus induction of dragon fruit in light and dark condition with different types of PGR.
i reached university at 10am...then started to prepare medium...hahahahaha although got a little bit sien....keep repeating same things....do alot of calculation...at first have to calculate how much should we take from the stock solution....
then took 2.5ml for each micro and macro elements then add PGR then added sucrose...then measured pH then added agar then topped up to 500ml then measured pH again..den done!!!!!hahahahaha
no no no..still need to autoclave it....after 1 and half hours de autoclaving still need to pour plate in laminar air flow.....
actually theres nothing much to do...just we have to wait for the laminar air flow..and the autoclave machine.....
theres only 4 laminar air flow available for PTC lab...but there are 20 of us who share the lab....
so we have to book the time haha then rebut the laminar....then we only have 3 autoclave machines....1 of that is used for decontaminate those contaminated glassware or medium (if u dare to use it to autoclave the medium just take ur own risk lo..=p) then another 2 are used for autoclave those wanted glasswares and medium lo...so we also need to rebut for it....
hahahaha everyone is rebut for it....
so...hehe i started to do at 10am then worked hard till 5pm...hahahaha geng leh..only take liao half hour de break oh..kakakakaka...
aih...sien...hope can finish prepare every medium by this week then start to sterilize and culture my dragon fruit....
u guys must pray for me....hope all my medium wont contaminate ya....kakakakaka tolong tolong.....

2day...is a rainy day.......the idea that go saloon to straighten my hair is getting heavier...like many small water droplet joined together then form a big big cloud....den big big cloud getting heavier and heavier....then starts to rain!!!!
hahahaha i know i wu liao la...kakakakaka
since that day halo..edwen said is time to zap zap your hair....
n yesterday during yum cha session...kk said u better go zap zap your hair....
their words like water droplet...tambah tambah masuk the cloud....so 2day is time to rain!!!!kakakakakaak
so...i went to the saloon...plan to straighten my hair...but then..that tauke niu keep persuading me to make my hair curl instead.....
keep saying that will look nicer....
she told will be big curl....means not magie mee that kind....

after 3 and half hours of sitting at there like a nerd...
hahahahaha surpriseeeeeee
i looked at the mirror....
i totally stunned....i wonder why there will be a pig..a pig with curly hair....

for sure that will be free of charged...BUTTTTTT she will charge me for washing hair...
